You can customize a wide range of products: hoodies, t-shirts, caps, crewnecks, coats, pants, hats, accessories, patches and decorative items.

2. How to request customization?

Go to the "Request a quote" section to fill out the form. Our team will respond within 24 hours with confirmation and a quote.

3. Can I send my own logo or image?

Yes. You can upload your logo or image to the form. We will convert it into an embroidery file (DST) if needed.

4. What are the production times?

Typically, production takes 5 to 10 business days after approval. Lead times may vary depending on complexity and quantity.

5. Do you offer pricing for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for group, business, team, or event orders. Contact us for a personalized quote.

6. Can I return a personalized product?

Personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of a defect or error on our part. See our return policy for more information.

7. Can I choose the color of the thread?

Yes. When you request, you can specify the desired thread color(s). We will suggest our available shades to match your design.

8. Do you ship everywhere in Canada?

Yes. We deliver across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

10. Can I order a sample?
