Return and Refund Policy

At Sike Design , every product is made to order, with special care taken to meet your needs. Our policy aims to provide you with clarity and peace of mind.

1. General Conditions

All requests must be sent by email to: info@sikedesign.com , within 7 working days of receiving the order.

  • Include the order number
  • Provide clear photos of the product
  • Explain precisely the problem encountered

2. Personalized products

Due to their unique nature, no returns or refunds are accepted except in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged
  • Error on our part (e.g. wrong color, text, or positioning)

Errors related to incorrect files or instructions provided by the customer are not covered.

3. Non-personalized items

Returns accepted within 10 working days , provided that:

  • The item must be new, unworn and unwashed
  • Stored in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error is attributable to our team.

4. Processing times

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome of the request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Ineligible Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital files (eg. .DST for embroidery)
  • Products used or damaged after delivery
  • Orders returned without prior authorization
